Dear colleagues,
I have the pleasure to announce that the Romanian Academy and the French Institute of Romania have launched a new call for applications for the Ion Heliade-Rădulescu scholarship program, intended for Romanian PhD students enrolled at the Romanian Academy’s School of Advanced Studies who wish to carry out cotutelle research in France.
The application period is open until 31 July 2025 and the program is open to all scientific disciplines.
Mobilizations will be divided into three placements of four consecutive months over the three years; the last mobility must be carried out before the end of the academic year 2028-2029, before the thesis defense (end of September / mid-October 2029).
