PCBE este g\u00e2ndit\u0103 ca un ecosistem integrat, care sus\u021bine \u00eentregul traseu experimental: <strong data-start=\"512\" data-end=\"659\">preg\u0103tirea probelor \u2192 analize omice \u2192 validare molecular\u0103 \u2192 experimente celulare \u2192 imagistic\u0103 \u0219i fenotipare \u2192 secven\u021biere \u0219i analiz\u0103 microbian\u0103.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"vl58re\" data-start=\"200\" data-end=\"275\">Etajul I \u2013 Analize de mediu, chimie analitic\u0103 \u0219i procese eco-tehnologice<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"277\" data-end=\"842\">Etajul I al Platformei de Cercetare \u00een Biologie \u0219i Ecologie Sistemic\u0103 (PCBE) este dedicat <strong data-start=\"367\" data-end=\"420\">analizelor chimice avansate ale probelor de mediu<\/strong>, dezvolt\u0103rii de <strong data-start=\"437\" data-end=\"464\">procese eco-tehnologice<\/strong> \u0219i caracteriz\u0103rii detaliate a compu\u0219ilor organici \u0219i anorganici din ecosisteme. Infrastructura sus\u021bine cercet\u0103ri interdisciplinare la interfa\u021ba dintre biologie, chimie \u0219i \u0219tiin\u021ba mediului, oferind un cadru experimental complet \u2013 de la preg\u0103tirea \u0219i extrac\u021bia probelor, p\u00e2n\u0103 la identificarea molecular\u0103 \u0219i evaluarea proceselor de remediere.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"277\" data-end=\"842\">Platforma include sisteme performante pentru <strong data-start=\"889\" data-end=\"924\">analize elementare \u0219i izotopice<\/strong>, utilizate \u00een studiul re\u021belelor trofice, identificarea surselor de energie din ecosisteme \u0219i investigarea ciclurilor biogeochimice. Determinarea carbonului total, organic sau anorganic \u00een probe lichide \u0219i solide este realizat\u0103 prin analizatoare dedicate, esen\u021biale \u00een monitorizarea calit\u0103\u021bii apelor, solurilor \u0219i sedimentelor.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"277\" data-end=\"842\">Pentru caracterizarea contaminan\u021bilor \u0219i a biomoleculelor cu mas\u0103 molecular\u0103 mic\u0103, etajul dispune de o infrastructur\u0103 complex\u0103 de <strong data-start=\"1421\" data-end=\"1457\">cromatografie de lichide \u0219i gaze<\/strong>, cuplat\u0103 cu detec\u021bie spectrometric\u0103 de mas\u0103 sau cu detectoare specifice (fluorescen\u021b\u0103, conductivitate, UV-DAD, RI). Aceste sisteme permit identificarea \u0219i cuantificarea unor compu\u0219i xenobiotici, precum pesticide sau produse farmaceutice, dar \u0219i analiza hidrocarburilor, glucidelor sau a compu\u0219ilor organici volatili \u0219i semivolatili. \u00cen completare, un sistem automatizat de <strong data-start=\"1831\" data-end=\"1848\">gel-permea\u021bie<\/strong> faciliteaz\u0103 purificarea \u0219i concentrarea probelor \u00eenaintea analizelor cromatografice.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"277\" data-end=\"842\">Caracterizarea structural\u0103 \u0219i func\u021bional\u0103 a materialelor \u0219i probelor biologice este sus\u021binut\u0103 de tehnici spectroscopice moderne, precum <strong data-start=\"2109\" data-end=\"2132\">spectroscopia FT-IR<\/strong> \u0219i spectrofotometria UV-VIS, inclusiv monitorizarea reac\u021biilor chimice sau enzimatice \u00een condi\u021bii controlate. Acestea permit simularea condi\u021biilor reale de remediere \u0219i optimizarea tehnologiilor de reducere a polu\u0103rii \u00een medii acvatice.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"277\" data-end=\"842\">\u00cen zona de biotehnologie \u0219i microbiologie aplicat\u0103, etajul este echipat cu <strong data-start=\"2954\" data-end=\"2983\">bioreactoare de laborator<\/strong>, incubatoare, centrifuge \u0219i sisteme de control termic, care sus\u021bin cultiv\u0103ri microbiene \u0219i experimente la scar\u0103 mic\u0103 \u0219i medie.
