Dear colleagues,<\/div>\n
I have the pleasure to announce that the Romanian Academy and the French Institute of Romania have launched a new call for applications for the Ion Heliade-R\u0103dulescu<\/i> scholarship program<\/b>, intended for Romanian PhD students enrolled at the Romanian Academy’s School of Advanced Studies<\/u> who wish to carry out cotutelle research in France.<\/div>\n
The application period is open until 31 July 2025<\/b> and the program is open to all scientific disciplines.<\/div>\n
Mobilizations will be divided into three placements of four consecutive months over the three years; the last mobility must be carried out before the end of the academic year 2028-2029, before the thesis defense (end of September \/ mid-October 2029).<\/div>\n
