The doctoral project, the activity dissertation and the list of published scientific works, all in Pdf format, must be sent on the day of submission of the application to the secretariat and to the following e-mail address otilia.zarnescu@bio.unibuc.ro
After receiving the three documents by e-mail (doctoral project, thesis and list of published scientific works), candidates will receive an e-mail to register in Google Classroom – PhD Admission 2024. In Google Classroom will be posted all the information related to the 2nd round – Interview
- Entrance exam: July 21, 2025, at830, PCBE Platform
- Deadline for results: July 25, 2025
- Confirm place: July 28-29, 2025
- Registration fee: 300 Lei
Depending on the method used to pay the tuition or registration fee, proof of payment can be:
- Bank receipt – if payment is made by bank transfer, scanned in pdf format
- Online at: https://po.unibuc.ro/doctorat.php
- Receipt issued at registration if you choose to register at the faculty office

- Full-time budget places with grant: 11
- Part-time budget places without grant: 14
- Places with fee (12000 Lei/year): 10
- Non-EU applicants, Own Currency Account (CPV): 1
Tuition fees can be paid in 2 installments:
- Tranche I – until September 30, 2024 – 6000 lei
- Tranche II – until March 31, 2025 – 6000 lei
- Non-EU applicants, Own Currency Account (CPV): 1
